With nearly two decades of immersion in the fitness industry, I've amassed a wealth of knowledge spanning various disciplines – from calisthenics to powerlifting, and from vegan to carnivore diets. My journey commenced at the age of 12 under my father's guidance in calisthenics, evolving into weightlifting and sports, with wrestling standing out as a personal favorite for its intense cardio demands. As I delved deeper into fitness, embracing powerlifting and exploring myriad exercises introduced by bodybuilders, I cultivated a profound passion for exercise that became an integral part of my daily life. In my early twenties, I began experimenting with different dietary approaches – Paleo, vegan, vegetarian, carnivore, keto, among others – which not only broadened my understanding of nutrition but also provided invaluable insights into my own body. This journey of self-discovery led me to meticulously track macros and weigh my food, further deepening my expertise. It wasn't until my late twenties that I realized the potential to share this wealth of knowledge and empower others on their fitness journeys. Thus, Airon Mallars Fitness was born – a platform dedicated to distilling years of personal experience into actionable insights, enabling others to achieve their fitness goals in half the time.
